Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks in guest suites, public space, outlets and back of the house areas as required.
• Respond to guest calls, and complete written assignment sheets provided by Supervisors.
• Visually inspect and detect items needing repair.
• Maintain knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades.
• Appropriately respond to any fire or other emergency procedure.
• Schedule workload effectively.
• Maintain detailed record keeping for logs and inspection sheets.
• Adhere to all OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others.
• Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Training or Apprenticeship in mechanics, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, and/or electrical, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience, required.
• At least one (1) year experience in hotel or resort, preferred.
• Certification in mechanics, carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, and/or electrical, preferred.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License, preferred.
• CPR / First Aid Certified, preferred.
• CPO Certification, preferred.

Pay

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time position. Must have availability to work from 7:30am-4pm Sunday - Thursday.
