About the role
Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production equipment in a print manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues using drawings, schematics, and ladder logic.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance with tools and test equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams on work priorities and changeovers.
- Document activities and suggest improvements to enhance reliability.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
- Hands-on expertise with high-voltage systems, electronics troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety procedures.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working 12-hour night shifts and overtime.
Preferred Skills
- PLC troubleshooting/programming.
- Pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods, perform bending, twisting, kneeling, and lift up to 50 lbs.
