Maintenance Data Administrators
Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and manage Shop Repair Orders (SROs) in Fleet Focus
- Enter direct and indirect labor, parts, codes, and costs into maintenance databases
- Review, close, and file completed SROs within required timelines
- Generate shop production and maintenance status reports
- Support equipment accountability in DPAS and other logistics systems
- Brief deploying personnel on maintenance data procedures
- Aid in inventory validation and reconciliation
- Support Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) reporting
- Receive and process work orders from outlying NSW training sites
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain installation access credentials
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Minimum 3 years in maintenance data entry and reporting
- Minimum 2 years using Asset Works Fleet Focus or similar fleet management software
- Minimum 2 years using Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or similar property accountability systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience producing maintenance, labor, and production reports
- Experience providing technical oversight and mentorship
- Strong attention to detail and document control
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly identify as contract personnel when interacting with Government staff
- Compliance with administrative, security, and safety requirements
- Compliance with drug-free workforce requirements
- Ability to work in office and shop administrative environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Sitting, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Occasional movement between shop, office, and equipment areas

About the Role
The Maintenance Data Administrator provides administrative and data management support for NSW vehicle and equipment maintenance operations. This role is responsible for tracking shop repair orders, labor hours, repair costs, and equipment status within Government maintenance databases. The Maintenance Data Administrator ensures maintenance records are accurate, timely, and fully compliant with NSW reporting requirements, supporting equipment readiness and operational decision making.
