Position Summary Responsible for maintaining and repairing community facilities under the supervision of the Building Operations lead, including diagnosing issues and performing repairs on equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems. Participates in On-Call rotation and ensures timely completion of work orders for residents and staff. Assists with fire drills, fire extinguisher maintenance, snow removal, grounds upkeep, and room renovations. Supports compliance and documentation related to maintenance functions. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years in building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and patching.HVAC knowledge and familiarity with relevant tools and equipment preferred.Understanding of Life Safety, OSHA, MSDS, and healthcare regulations is advantageous.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., PMworkx) preferred.Valid Colorado driver’s license and excellent customer service skills required.Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Physical & Working Conditions Physical activity involving exertion of over 100 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 60 pounds frequently.Constant standing, walking, grasping, with frequent climbing and reaching; occasional sitting, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and high heat temperatures.Frequent interactions with residents, family members, and visitors.
