Essential Functions

  • Recieves, acknowledges, reviews, and processes all Facilities Management emergency, maintenance, and departmental work requests.
  • Maintains documentation of customer interactions.
  • Facilitates access to Facilities buildings for all required staff, vendors, and contractors.
  • Serves as Facilities Management customer service representative and provides relief for the front desk receptionist function on an as-needed basis.
  • Serves as backup staff for receptionist and administrative support personnel, including front desk phone coverage, room and fleet vehicle reservations, PA One Calls, Utility outage requests, and all other related work orders.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 11pm
