Job Summary

The mission of the Department of Corrections is to be a public safety resource for Arkansas families by providing professional management solutions and evidence-based rehabilitative initiatives for offenders.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in handling complex maintenance projects.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficient in maintenance coordination and facilities management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in maintenance coordination or facilities management.
