Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility will be to oversee all assigned PMHFOS property locations, including property management, maintenance, physical site, township and homeowners’ ordinances, and neighborhood integration and concerns.
- Manage assigned independent maintenance contractors to ensure that all property/building maintenance projects are completed to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
- Must be able to perform maintenance repairs in community homes and at all office locations including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and independently and oversee vendors.
- Able to carry oneself in a professional manner while communicating and developing professional relationships with a multitude of outside vendors.
- On call availability, required.
- Able to encourage cost effectiveness when completing projects to a high-quality standard.
- Snow removal, when necessary.
- Other duties, as assigned by the Vice President of Security and Maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Property Management, or a related field, preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years property management experience.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (Certifications not required, but highly recommended).
- Active/Ability to climb ladders and work in all conditions.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
