Job Responsibilities
- Enter data for equipment, work order information, etc….
- Generate work orders for preventative or predictive maintenance, continuous improvement, safety, and other types of tasks.
- Assist with assigning work orders of Maintenance personnel.
- Request quotes from vendors for specific parts.
- Generate reports, such as, work order completion, age of work orders in backlog, etc...
- Work on special projects, as assigned.
- Assisting with safety and environmental data entering and reporting for example.
Requirements
- Basic Math (Decimals and fractions)
- Basic Reading (Interpretation of drawings, understanding and use of written instructions)
- Basic Writing (Knowledge of electrical wiring, pipefitting, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, etc. to perform repairs)
- Proficient with computers
- Formal maintenance/education training desired
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance software preferred
- MP2 experience a plus
