Maintenance Coordinator
About the role
Maintain and optimize storeroom activities including purchasing, receiving, inspecting, cataloging, stocking, issuing, and inventory control. Manage procurement of manufacturing parts and supplies, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain repair and inspection reports
- Generate tracking/closing of work orders
- Coordinate the purchasing and receiving of spare parts
- Perform daily storeroom activities including parts ordering, expediting, receiving, inspecting, cataloging, stocking, issuing, and inventory control
- Investigate and analyze new sources of supply and comply with environmental regulations
- Plan, implement and follow-up on best practices in stores and purchasing
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
