Own the effective administration, data quality, governance, reporting, and user support of Maintenance Connection for the Garden Grove Facilities Engineering, Repair & Maintenance organization. The Maintenance CMMS Specialist converts maintenance activity into reliable system records, dashboards, asset history, PM master data, and actionable insights that support planning, scheduling, reliability, spares, compliance, and leadership decision-making. This role is cross-trained with the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler and provides backup coverage for routine planning and scheduling support, but remains distinct by owning CMMS configuration, master data governance, user support, reporting, and data standards rather than weekly schedule ownership, job-plan sequencing, or labor coordination.

Responsibilities

  • CMMS Governance & System Administration: Administer Maintenance Connection as the system of record for maintenance work intake, asset records, PM master data, work orders, status visibility, and maintenance history. Maintain data governance standards including asset hierarchy, naming conventions, priorities, failure codes, locations, requester information, and closure documentation. Support CMMS configuration changes, data cleanup initiatives, dashboard enhancements, system controls, and standardization efforts to ensure accurate and reliable maintenance data.
  • PM, Work Order & Asset Data Management: Maintain and validate PM, work-order, backlog, asset, and spare-parts data to support maintenance planning and execution. Prepare reports, identify missing or inaccurate data, and ensure work-order and PM records are complete and current. Support asset critical
