Maintenance Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Constructs and repairs structural woodwork and equipment in establishment working from blueprints, line drawings, shop drawings, or oral instructions.
• BUILDS, REPAIRS, AND INSTALLS USING CARPENTER'S HAND TOOLS AND POWER TOOLS.
• DRIVES VARIOUS TYPES OF TRUCKS TO AND FROM WORK SITE TO Haul MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT.

Requirements

• First Class Journeyman Carpenter and 4 years' experience, or any combination of experience or training which enables one to perform the essential job functions.
• Experience repairing overhead doors and locks preferred.
• MUST POSSESS AND MAINTAIN A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AS A CONDITION OF CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT.
