Responsibilities
- Provide service with carpentry, painting, and roofing skills to ensure the longevity and safety of campus buildings.
- Maintain approximately 3 million square feet of building space on the UAA campus in various trades.
- Work to provide a safe, comfortable, attractive, and sustainable environment for campus users.
- May possess journeyman level certification or equivalent in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical.
- Experience ranges from three to fifteen years, depending on the certification level.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Qualifications
- CT1: Apprentice level or equivalent certification, 3+ years related experience.
- CT2: Journeyman level or equivalent certification, 10+ years related experience.
- CT3: Master level or equivalent certification, 15+ years related experience.

Pay
- CT1 /Step 1: $25.66/hr.
- CT2 /Step 1: $28.86/hr.
- CT3 /Step 1: $32.51/hr.
Schedule
- Full-time, forty-hour work week, with overtime as required.
- Typical work hours are 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
