Responsibilities

• Maintaining the physical condition of the community, including grounds, exterior, and common areas
• Preparing market-ready apartments through tasks such as painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs
• Responding to resident service requests promptly
• Performing various maintenance functions, such as exterior light bulb changes and equipment maintenance
• Aiding other service staff with projects like apartment cleaning and drywalling

Requirements

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if operating a motorized vehicle)
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills
• Ability to perform numerous physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, climbing, sweeping, stooping, kneeling, shoveling, crouching, and handling materials
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, and respond to emergencies after normal business hours
• Service team employees must use their own smartphone for certain job aspects, which must meet specific technical requirements

Qualifications

• Hands-on general service maintenance experience

Pay

$20.46 - $25.01/hour. Starting pay is determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.

Schedule

Flexible shifts, including weekends, with the possibility of changing according to business needs.
