Major Responsibilities
- Cook up daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
- Aid with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
- Maintain the facility ground.
- Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
- Aid with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.
- Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred.
