Maintenance Assistant / Janitor - AH

Pay Range: $20.25 - $24.00

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Adjust and perform minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Communication/Interpersonal Skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills appropriate to the audience's needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month of any prior work experience (3 months of prior janitorial work preferred).
• High School/GED.
