Maintenance and Operations Supervisor

Requirements / Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of trade school courses or apprenticeship in one or more building trades preferred
• Three years of increasingly responsible experience in building maintenance and custodial work, including at least one year of experience as a leadworker
• Journey level experience in one or more building trades preferred
• Experience in delivery of mail, packages, or cargo is desirable

Compensation

$100,656.00 - $116,016.00 (salary step increase upon successful completion of probationary period)

Schedule & Shift Differential

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Santa Maria)

Shift Differential: Because the majority of regularly scheduled hours for this position are worked after 1:30 PM, it is eligible for an additional 5% shift differential above base salary.
