Maintenance A
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Schedule
- 4-day, 10-hour shifts (4 PM to 2 AM)
- Flexibility to start at 2 PM or 3 PM, with preference for 4 PM
- Overtime available; infrequently mandated
- Training on first shift for up to 12 months before transitioning to the afternoon shift
Pay
- Starting pay: $32.68/hour for journeyman credentials
- Shift premium: $0.90/hour
- Annual wage increases: $1.00 and $0.95 negotiated for the next 2 years
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or Journeyman’s card
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or skilled trade role
- Experience in industrial electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Understanding of hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Knowledge of pneumatic tooling (e.g., pneumatic screwdrivers)
- Knowledge of progressive stamping (required); injection molding (a plus)
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Experience with PLCs and small robotics (a plus but not required)
