About the role

This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Perform the maintenance functions necessary to maintain machinery, equipment, and plant structure in good repair. Work requires the layout and planning of equipment, as well as the repair, installation, or rearrangement of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform the mechanical repairs or replacement work required on any shop machinery or equipment, including hydraulic systems, bearing replacements, and machine parts replacement.
• Analyze and suggest corrective action in cases of mechanical malfunction on any operating equipment or accessories.
• Assist the maintenance group in moving, setting, and leveling of plant machinery. May assist with unloading and installing new machinery.
• Perform general department cleanup after project completion.
• Follow Ethics and Safety Programs.
• Adhere to all Export, Import, and Supply Chain Security Policy requirements relevant to the position.
• Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs.
• Adhere to ISO 9000 Standards.

Requirements

• High School education or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with the Internet.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to get along with others.
• Can effectively function in a matrix and team environment.
• Regular attendance.
