About the role
Maintain and repair all building systems, grounds, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Inspect and repair grounds, including landscaping, lighting, and parking areas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in maintenance or grounds work preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and guests.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power equipment.
- Ability to follow safety protocols.

Pay
