Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds in a neat and tidy condition
• Clean and maintain facilities such as buildings, walkways, and parking lots
• Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing
• Manage garden upkeep tasks such as planting, pruning, and watering
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance or similar field
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment
• Experience with lawn care tools and equipment
