Maint Ops Ctr Controller II (CBA)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains visibility of fleet health indicators.
• Coordinates with agencies, maintenance, and operations to relay priorities for competing limited resources.
• Communicates between Operations and Maintenance in sufficient detail to comply with reporting requirements and communicate potential problems.
• Maintains aircraft, equipment, and system status and ETIC's to ensure proper documentation.
• Utilizes Government and Contractor databases to ensure accuracy and proper reporting.
• Celebrates maintenance on aircraft and routes changes to the operations schedule with applicable agencies.
• Ensures all deviations to the daily operations schedule are input and accurately reported.
• Uses databases systems to ensure accurate aircraft status, configuration, and timeline.
• Requests support services and coordinates all aircraft engine runs and all aircraft ground movements conducted by maintenance personnel prior to execution.
• Develops, coordinates, implements, and maintains functional and emergency action checklists.
• Participates in the Data Integrity Team (DIT).
• Notifies appropriate agencies using checklists.
• Complies with all Security Program guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED is required.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software and computer systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and be capable of working in an exceptionally dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with Government and Contractor databases and information systems is preferred.
• Experience coordinating activities among multiple agencies in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records and reports is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
