About the Role
Responsible for fleet maintenance. Responsible for adherence to all governmental regulations and compliance with company policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned or required. This position also requires participation in the local union and payment of union dues.
Required to achieve the company-approved minimum 4 O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications within one year from date of employment.
Responsibilities
- Perform fleet maintenance, including operation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of company vehicles, work equipment, and specialized tools.
- Adhere to all governmental regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Perform heavy manual labor without restriction.
- Demonstrate safe behavior at all times.
- Complete formal training and schooling sessions.
- Communicate effectively through oral, written, and verbal means.
- Work without direct supervision.
Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL Class A driver's license with Hazmat, Tanker endorsements (or the ability to attain and retain thereafter).
- Must have demonstrated a thorough working knowledge of the operation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of company vehicles, work equipment, and specialized tools through formalized training.
- Must be capable of performing heavy manual labor without restriction.
- Must have demonstrated safe behavior.
- Must have the ability to succeed in formal training and schooling sessions.
- Must be capable of effective oral, written, and verbal communication.
- Must be capable of working without direct supervision.
- Required to achieve the company-approved minimum 4 O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications within one year from date of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fluid power hydraulics.
- 4 O.E.M (Original Equipment Manufacturer) certifications or experience with diesel-hydraulic vehicles.

Pay
Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Eligible positions receive a 4% annual bonus.
