Mailing Specialist in Mortgage Servicing

About the role

The Mailing Specialist manages the full lifecycle of incoming and outgoing documents and mail—carefully reviewing, scanning, uploading, and distributing materials, securing necessary signatures, and coordinating shipments with business partners, vendors, and customers. Ensures every item is handled with precision, maintaining accurate records and driving timely, efficient processing at every step.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documents.
• Prepare and process outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
• Scan, index, and upload documents into company systems.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Rout documents for review and signature.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Cordinate document shipments to partners, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure secure handling of confidential information and compliance with company procedures.

Location and Schedule

This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
• A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges;
• Associate's degree (required) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
