Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments onsite and remote locations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees to the clients.
- Maintain all records and compliance on security and confidentiality of client materials.
- Maintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times.
- Display high ethical standard, integrity, work ethic, and loyalty.
- Sort and deliver mail/packages to corresponding departments.
- Clean/organize/stock.
- Handles sensitive and Ior confidential documents and information responsibly, and with integrity.
- Cross train in all service areas and provides backup support as needed.
- Communicates professionally via email and verbally.
- Ensures all work is performed according to client specifications, meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Delivers support for specialty projects as required.
- Collects data for monthly reports, completes and submits reports within requirements.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 2-5 years Mail services related experience.
- 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
