Mail Center Support Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from mail center owners in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide guidance in a positive, conversational, and solution-oriented tone to foster strong relationships
  • Build trust and sustainable partnerships through open and effective communication
  • Resolve service concerns by identifying the issue, explaining the best solution per iPostal1 policies, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Document all interactions with mail centers and escalate issues to the department manager as needed
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies
