Onsite Print & Mail Center Support Representative

About the role
The Facilities Management (FM) Customer Site Representative serves as the full-time, on-site representative of Sharp Business Systems at a specific client location.
Responsibilities
- Run print and copy jobs for users.
- Operate and maintain production devices, including finishing services such as binding, laminations, and booklet making.
- Prepare job ticket workflows and proofs for customer review and approval.
- Perform quality checks, including problem diagnosis and correction.
- Package and deliver completed jobs to customers.
- Track resources used per job, including consumables, paper inventory, and finishing supplies via Office Services.
- Manage inventory for supplies, including ordering to replenish stock and maintaining proper inventory for recurring projects.
- Manage device functionality: copying, faxing, printing, scanning, device cleaning, problem diagnosis, and resolution.
- Manage consumables and replaceable parts inventory, including toner replacements and supply ordering for contracted machines.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for device support/service, device removal, and delivery.
- Provide first response for resolution on service issues or escalate to the Service Department via service calls.
- Collect and submit meter reads for non-networked devices.
- Facilitate asset tracking for the customer, including reporting network connectivity issues to the IT Department.
- Provide ongoing end-user training and support for printing issues.
- Complete weekly reports for the client Office Services Supervisor for all completed projects based on the client agreement.
- Support the client mailroom as outlined in the client agreement, including inbound/outbound mail and shipping services, as well as distribution of mail and supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with copiers and postage machines is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, remotely, and with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize projects and maintain flexibility to shift priorities as necessary.
- Basic mathematical skills, especially arithmetic.
- Ability to walk, stoop, bend, and lift 50 pounds.
- Position may require travel between multiple facilities within a branch’s territory.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Pay
The starting salary range is $32,600 USD - $38,000 USD, excluding bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards.
