About the role

Magda Butrym, a Polish luxury fashion label, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Retail Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management and customer service.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the brand and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
