Madison Mobile Collections - Supervisor, Donor Services
About the Role
Join the ImpactLife team as a Donor Services Supervisor and work alongside our phlebotomy team to make a difference in the community. You will receive full training on the entire blood collection process, including donor registration, screening, physical, and phlebotomy. This role involves daily supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and performance management of your team. You will ensure compliance with policies and procedures, maintain quality standards, and provide coaching to deliver excellent customer service and donor satisfaction. Supervisors may also drive fleet vehicles, including box trucks, as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring 30-39 hours per week, with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Enjoy working with the public
- Good, stable work history
- Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
- Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Possess a valid driver’s license in your state of residence and be insurable by our insurance carrier
- Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
- Pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report
