Collections Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise others, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, motivating, and training.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide frequent feedback to associates to develop them and provide a career path.
• Lead the oversight of third-party collection vendors to assure placement schedules are timely, recovery results are in line with Company expected liquidation rates, compliance monitoring, and lead in strategical efforts.
• Remain compliant with our policies, processes, and legal guidelines.
• Assure adherence to FDCPA and state and federal laws and regulations in all assigned areas.
• Protect all client and bank information confidentially and follow all company policies.
• Complete monthly training in a timely manner to ensure knowledge of bank regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other specified duties as assigned.
