Collections Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive collections performance by analyzing aging reports and prioritizing high-risk accounts to reduce delinquency
• Execute and refine collection strategies to improve cash flow and lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Manage customer relationships by resolving overdue balances, negotiating payment plans, and handling disputes
• Lead and support team operations by guiding daily workflow and mentoring junior collections staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of collections processes

Pay

$65-75K depending on experience
