Machinist

Job Description

Looking for a machinist with experience with manual equipment, CNC mills and lathes. Experience with Solidworks, CAD, as well as FUSION 360 programs. Must have knowledge of all G-Codes and how to set up, program and operate HAAS machines with 4-5 Axis. Be able to work with little or no supervision. Must be able to receive job specifications and manufacture according to DOE and Naval requirements. Government Contract Experience a plus.

• Design tooling/fixtures
• Select tools
• Write programs
• Make prototype pieces
• Make one of a kind pieces from a sample
• Hold close tolerances
• Estimate and quote new production and prototype work

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Pass Preemployment Drug Screening
• Demonstrate Aptitude Through Skills Testing
