Machine Service Technician - Weekend Day Shift
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities on the Additive Metal Printers throughout the facility.
- Prioritize maintenance activities to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Maintain 3d printing systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and fiber laser systems.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Machine Build and Engineering to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and communicate updates to TPMs that may be required through hands on observation.
- Provide status updates to management on assigned projects.
- Assist with installation of equipment and machines in production.
- Reading mechanical blueprints to perform maintenance duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in an industrial machine service technician role or machine-building department, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Experience with electro-mechanical and pneumatics assemblies
- Familiarity working with complex systems and a strong ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- 4+ years of experience building automated equipment
- Ability to read/understand mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings and schematics
- High precision, close tolerance proficiency
- Ability to use all hand tools
- Experience with the electronics assembly techniques: wiring, crimping, soldering, ESD protection
- Aware of design tools and techniques
- Proficient in standard and metric systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Pay
- The hourly pay range for this position varies by level; final level and compensation will be determined based on a candidate's experience.
- Level 1: $24.72 – $33.99
- Level 2: $28.12 – $38.67
- Level 3: $32.60 – $44.83
Schedule
- This shift covers Friday through Sunday, and every other Thursday, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
