RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installs and assists in the installation and leveling of all new and relocated equipment.
- Installs pneumatic and hydraulic energy sources for newly installed and relocated equipment.
- Diagnostics malfunctioning machinery and discusses malfunctions with other Maintenance staff and Engineering to diagnose malfunctions.
- Replaces and repairs faulty mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic devices, such as solenoids, actuators, ballscrews, pumps, air motors, packaging equipment, air cylinders, fixtures, robots, chucks, clutches, brakes, belts, bearings, conveyors and feeders.
- Affirms that all equipment is safe and ensures that all guards and interlocks are in place.
- Fulfills all safety and lock-out procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
