Machine Repair Technician - 1st Shift

About the role

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex issues and execute intricate repair tasks.
• Mentor junior technicians on specialized repair techniques.
• Create and refine maintenance protocols for enhanced equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with related departments to coordinate repair and maintenance efforts.

Requirements

• Proficient in machinery diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience with CNC equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with CNC machine components and their maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on CNC machines.
• Experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

Pay

• Estimated hourly base pay: $28.85 (minimum) - $37.50 (midpoint) - $46.15 (maximum).
• Plus, overtime.
