Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics: Identifies and troubleshoots advanced mechanical and electrical problems in machinery using comprehensive technical knowledge.
  • Repairs: Executes intricate repair tasks on equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Mentorship: Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members, acting as an informal resource for troubleshooting and technical procedures.
  • Procedures: Creates and refines maintenance protocols to enhance equipment reliability and improve team efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Coordinates with related departments to ensure seamless operation and effective resource allocation towards achieving team objectives.

Requirements

  • Machinery Diagnostics: Proficient in diagnosing malfunctions and identifying necessary repairs for diverse machinery.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Skilled in resolving complex and atypical technical issues using established procedures.
  • Technical Training: Experienced in mentoring and guiding junior technicians on specialized repair techniques.
  • Process Optimization: Ability to enhance and streamline repair processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross Team Coordination: Adept at collaborating with related teams to achieve common repair and maintenance objectives.
  • Problem Solving: Capable of handling complex assignments with minimal supervision and oversight.
  • Communication: Skilled in clearly explaining intricate technical information and interdependencies to team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensures all repair work meets high-quality standards and contributes to team effectiveness.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently manages tools and resources to support and optimize repair operations.
  • Adaptability: Flexible in determining and applying appropriate approaches for new and atypical assignments.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with CNC machine components, including servos, drives, motors, controllers, and tooling systems.
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation for CNC equipment.
  • Understanding machine calibration, alignment, and performance verification procedures.
  • Experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

  • Salary: Determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated hourly base pay: $28.85 (minimum) - $37.50 (midpoint) - $46.15 (maximum). Plus, overtime.

Estimated hourly base pay: $28.85 (minimum) - $37.50 (midpoint) - $46.15 (maximum). Plus, overtime.

This position requires a 1st shift, Monday to Friday.
