Machine Opr PR07 (1st Shift) Chick N Quick, Rogers - AR

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure continuous flow of product through the production process.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Notify supervisor if machines require maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Lift stacks of flat cartons from a pallet and place them into the two box‑making machines.
• Monitor equipment operation to ensure good boxes are produced, make adjustments, and remove box jams.
• Assist in making boxes by hand if equipment fails until repairs are completed.
• Perform general upkeep of equipment during the shift, keeping it free of debris and glue buildups.
• Maintain cleanliness of the box machine room area.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Complete an online job application in Workday.
• Have 6 months continuous work history within the past 2 years.
• Provide government identification number for previous employment verification.
• Meet rehire criteria: facility accepts rehires after 365 days only if applicant has not worked more than 2 previous times; Tyson may require longer waiting periods or decline rehires based on dismissal reason.

• Work shift: 1st shift (United States of America).

Starting pay: $20.15 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, some Saturday work, 6:00 AM – production end
