Machine Operator PR05 (2nd Shift) Chick N Quick, Rogers - AR

2nd shift (Monday - Friday, some Saturday work), 2:45 PM until production end.

Pay

$20.15/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to ensure continuous product flow through the production process.
• Ensure proper ingredients and supplies are used on the production line.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed; notify supervisor of maintenance requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Lift stacks of flat cartons from pallets and place them into box-making machines.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper box production, make adjustments, and remove jams.
• Assist in making boxes by hand if equipment fails until repairs are completed.
• Perform general upkeep of equipment, including removing debris and glue buildup.
• Maintain cleanliness of the box machine room area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must complete an online job application in Workday.
• Must have 6 months of continuous work history within the last 2 years.
• Must provide a government identification number for employment verification.
• Rehire eligibility: Facility accepts rehires after 365 days, provided the applicant has not worked more than 2 previous times. Tyson reserves the right to adjust this policy based on the reason for dismissal.
