Machine Operator - Nights
About the role
Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, is seeking a Machine Operator who excels in performance and precision. This position operates and troubleshoots label machines, manages resources, maintains equipment, and ensures safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate & Troubleshoot: Efficiently set up and run label machines with a zero-defect mindset.
- Resource Management: Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using the ERP system.
- Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of all dies and report technical issues to the Facility Manager.
- Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–2 years of related experience in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
- Strong color vision and manual dexterity.

Requirements
