Machine Operator - Nights

Primary Job Functions

• Ensure safety is a priority by following all safety procedures
• Be a Role Model – No exceptions from safety absolutes and plant rules
• Positively and Negatively respond to safety concerns
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and daily housekeeping
• Convey a Quality First attitude
• Perform tasks such as dumping resin, loading scrap trailers, answering pagers, and using the scanner
• Maintain knowledge in Flatpack Operations and QMS/ISO standards
