Machine Operator - Night Shift (7:00pm - 7:00am) $20.00/hr. + $1.00/hr. Shift Differential
About the role
We are currently looking for a Shift Machine Operator (7:00pm-7:00am) to be based out of Byesville, OH. Reporting to the shift supervisor, the Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machines/set of machines, which includes set up, operation, quality and monitoring production. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing simple or routine set-ups, following processes, completion of necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend production Standard Work, all Safety procedures, and Maintenance instructions
- Operate and observe machinery during production
- Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to customer requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
- Monitors and maintains production and scrap rates

- Complete any required training
- Have developed relationships within the department
- Be well-versed in priorities and the importance of your role to daily operations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- The ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations
