Responsibilities
- Follows all plant safety procedures and uses PPE.
- Holds team members accountable for safety and quality practices.
- Reports machinery issues to maintenance.
- Cleans and resets work area at the end of each shift.
- Cross-trains in multiple production roles.
- Identifies and inspects raw materials and fabricated parts.
- Operates and troubleshoots complex equipment.
- Verifies and creates cam data files.
- Performs quality inspections using measuring tools.
- Lifts and moves materials as needed.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience operating CNC/automated production equipment.
- Experience with ERP systems and material transactions.
- Ability to use various measuring instruments and perform basic math.
- Knowledge of machine logic controllers.
- Ability to learn production operations.
Qualifications

- Ability to operate computers and basic measuring tools.
- Physical demands: Loud noise, non-temperature-controlled environment, exposure to weather, lifting up to 55 lbs.
Skills
- Operate CNC/automated production equipment.

- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Operate hoists, cranes, forklifts, and other machinery.
- Perform quality inspections and mark materials.
