Schedule
6 pm to 6:30 am, 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotation weekends). Schedule may differ during training, so candidate must be flexible to train on days.

Responsibilities
- Overall line responsibility from production to packaging
- Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications
- Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during shift
- Ensure product meets all quality specifications
- Perform color change procedures
- Conduct autonomous maintenance activities
- Line cleaning and line clearance
- Assist Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold changes as needed
- Work together in a team to ensure efficiency
- Maintain good housekeeping within the department

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Technical/mechanical background in Plastics Industry (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated mechanical ability
- 1+ years of experience as a Machine Operator in Plastic Extrusion/Stretch Blow Mold
