Machine Operator FT 2nd Shift

About the role

Supports the team as a Machine Operator on the 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Checks and reads orders to verify kit number, quantity, quality, and bag.
• Pulls staged parts and uses setup sheets and inspection boards to perform activities related to setting up kit-veyor for production runs.
• Verifies the first piece run for quality inspection purposes and performs random quality checks during the run.
• Completes required documentation and makes minor adjustments to the equipment if needed to ensure efficient operation.
• Notifies the Lead Person or Senior Group Leader of problems needing immediate attention.
• Identifies and/or initiates appropriate actions to prevent nonconformities relating to product, process, and quality system.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
