Machine Operator - 2nd (3p-11p) and 3rd (11p-7a) shifts

About the role

In a production setting, your responsibilities would include organizing and sustaining the work area, optimizing processes to ensure consistent output, and meeting quality and quantity requirements for various part specifications. This involves using precision measuring tools for accuracy, and fulfilling any additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Read and write the English language
• Demonstrates willingness to meet production schedules in a cost efficient, profitable, and safe manner

Hours and Pay Rates

• Training on 1st shift but will work on either 2nd or 3rd shift
• Will be required to work some weekends
• 1st Shift Hours: 7am-3pm
• Pay: Starting $19/hr
• $19.50/hr after 90 days
• $20.50/hr after 6 months
• 2nd Shift Hours: 3pm to 11pm
• Pay: Starting $20/hr
• $20.50/hr after 90 days
• $21.50/hr after 6 months
• 3rd Shift Hours: 11pm-7am
• Pay: Starting $19.90/hr
• $20.40/hr after 90 days
• $21.40/hr after 6 months
