Machine Operators 2nd and 3rd Shift

About the role

Tex Tech Industries is hiring Machine Operators at our North Monmouth Plant located at 105 North Main Street. The positions involve frequent standing, walking, lifting, twisting, kneeling, and bending, with tasks including frequent lifting of 10 to 75 lbs (with some assistance).

Responsibilities

• Frequent standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day
• Frequent lifting of 10 to 75 lbs (with some assistance)
• Must have fine motor skills and manual dexterity
• Good vision and ability to distinguish color variations

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible shifts
• Must have reliable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating similar machinery is preferred

Pay

Pay is position specific, ranging from $20.00-$24.72 per hour based on the role.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift - M-F 2p-10p, $.30 shift premium for hours worked on scheduled shift
• 3rd Shift - S-T 10p-6a, $.40 shift premium for hours worked on scheduled shift
• 4th Shift - M-F 10p-6a, $.40 shift premium for hours worked on scheduled shift
