About the role
Join Leeco Steel as a Machine Operator on both first and second shifts in Oshkosh, WI. Compensation is $22 - $22 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce steel products
- Monitor equipment for proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform quality checks on produced products
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating similar machinery
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Skills
- Proficient in using various types of machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
