MA Staff Educator-Revenue Cycle

About the Role

This role provides training and education to KHMG medical office staff and Practice Managers, offering workflow support focused on revenue cycle efficiencies and enhancement. In collaboration with the revenue cycle team and other internal stakeholders, the position designs, delivers, and evaluates educational and training programs in support of ambulatory medical practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions on revenue cycle processes and systems to new and existing staff using classroom, virtual, and hands-on methods.
• Design and update training materials, job aids, and reference guides to reflect current policies, procedures, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical or medical office experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical office billing, collections, or patient access.
• Experience in staff education, training, or program development preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensure: CCMA, CMA (AAMA), NCMA, RMA (through AMT), or RMA (through ARMA).
• Documented completion of a Medical Assistant program through an accredited institution of higher learning.
