All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO paragraph at end, maybe also the facility information? The facility info is not boilerplate? It's about the organization; could be considered background but maybe we keep as "About the role"? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We need to decide sections. We have content for: - About the role / Position Summary: description of role, working with physicians, etc. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do:" list of duties. - Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Requirements (education, certification, experience, BLS). - Skills: maybe "Ideal candidate will have previous MA experience... strong customer service skills, solid follow through, critical thinking skills, team environment, communication skills, excellent patient care." Could be under Skills or Qualifications. - Benefits: "Highlights and Benefits" section includes market-competitive pay, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, retirement planning, college savings, life insurance, Employee Assistance Programs, tuition reimbursement, educational opportunities. - Pay: mention "market-competitive pay" but not specific numbers; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "market-competitive pay" which is vague but still states pay exists. However rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "market-competitive pay" and "generous PTO". So we could include Pay section with that phrase? But we should avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "market-competitive pay" is somewhat vague but still a statement. I'd include Pay section with that sentence. - Schedule: Work Schedule details given: 40 hours per week, 4 - 10 hour days (30 minute lunch), Mondays - Fridays (set day off). Around 7:00am - 5:30pm. Shift start and end times subject to change. So we have schedule specifics, so include Schedule section. - Benefits: we have details. We should not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO paragraph, maybe the facility information? The facility info includes stats about hospitals etc. Might be considered background but not required. Could be considered "About the organization" but not requested headings. We have headings limited to About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could put facility info under About the role? Might be okay but not required. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine some. Let's decide sections: - About the role: include description of role, position summary, working with physicians, location maybe? Location could be separate but not a heading. Could be in About the role as prose. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You Will Do:" plus maybe other duties like administer immunizations etc. - Requirements: include Minimum Requirements (HS diploma, MA certification within 90 days, BLS, etc.) plus maybe experience paths. - Skills: include ideal candidate attributes: previous MA experience in family medicine/internal medicine, enjoy working with older adult patients, strong customer service skills, solid follow through, strong critical thinking skills, team environment, effective communication skills, providing excellent patient care. - Benefits: list from Highlights and Benefits: market-competitive pay, generous PTO, multiple options for comprehensive benefits that begin day one, retirement planning and matching, college savings plans, multiple life insurance plans, Employee Assistance Programs, tuition reimbursement, educational opportunities. - Pay: maybe we can incorporate market-competitive pay into Benefits? But rule says we can have Pay section if posting actually states them. It does state "market-competitive pay". Could be a short

under Pay. - Schedule: include work schedule details. We should not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't repeat info unnecessarily. Let's extract precise text. About the role prose: "At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we are looking for people who are living out their calling. We want you to be passionate about coming to work, and challenged to achieve your potential. Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care. The Meridian Health Plaza (MHP) Family Medicine Clinic is looking for three personable and hard-working Medical Assistants!Position Summary & HighlightsThese three new MA positions will work 1:1 with three (3) new family medicine Physicians and will also work with other MAs and providers in a great workplace culture." We can combine into a paragraph. Location: "3025 W. Cherry Lane, Ste. B, Meridian ID 83642 (just east of Ten Mile Road)" maybe include in About the role. Now Responsibilities: list: - administer immunizations - complete child well visits - assist with minor procedures - perform phlebotomy - POC testing - UAs (urinalysis) - ear lavages - complete tasks and orders in the task inbox Also maybe "primary MA duties" but that's generic. We'll list those. Requirements: Minimum Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent required at hire. - MA certification required within 90 days of hire from one of the following Saint Alphonsus approved agencies: - American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA) - American Medical Technologists (RMA) - National Healthcareer Association (CCMA) - National Center for Competency Testing (NCMA) - National Association of Health Professionals (NRCMA) - American Medical Certification Association (CMAC) - National Phlebotomy Certification Examination (NPCE MA) - New Graduates: 1) MA certificate of completion required from an accredited program or school. 2) Completion of either a 100-hour MA externship or 6 months MA experience in lieu of the externship hours even with MA certification. - Medical Assistant with Experience: 1 Year of MA experience OR Current MA Certification OR obtain or renew certification within 90 days from hire from approved credentialing agencies listed above. - Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire. - Note: EMT and CNA certifications will not count towards an MA certification. Obtaining the MA certification typically requires completing an MA Program or working as a Medical Assistant for at least 1 year. See each of the credentialing
