M365 Sharepoint Contractor

Key Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 implementations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams
• Oversee end-to-end Exchange Online mailbox provisioning, including new mailbox creation, licensing assignment, permission configuration, and mailbox migrations
• Support modern workplace solutions within Microsoft 365
• Perform application packaging and deployment using Microsoft Intune
• Support VMware Horizon environments
• Support Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• Work with virtualization technologies including Azure VDIs, Windows 365, VMware vCenter, VMware Horizon View, and VMware Cloud
• Support endpoint and software deployment using PDQ Connect
• Administer Nerdio Manager for Enterprise
• Monitor and troubleshoot environments using ControlUp
• Collaborate with stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and end users to ensure smooth service delivery and adoption
• Support documentation, operational handoff, and knowledge transfer activities

Required Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 implementations
• Strong hands-on expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with mailbox provisioning, licensing, permissions, and migrations
• Strong background in virtualization and desktop delivery technologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, VMware Horizon Administration, Omnissa Horizon Next-Gen, PDQ Connect, Nerdio Manager for Enterprise, and ControlUp
• Experience working in modern workplace environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $ 40 - $45 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
