Sr M365 Power Platform Engineer (SharePoint, Power Platform & Copilot)

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise solutions with SharePoint Online and Power Platform tools
• Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with external systems using RESTful APIs and Azure services
• Leverage AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot for automating workflows and improving decision-making
• Analyze workflows for automation opportunities; develop low-code/no-code solutions
• Create and maintain Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy and governance best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and mentor junior developers
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience; 3+ years in Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills; experience with RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph integration
• Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft Dataverse; opportunities for skill expansion
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder, with knowledge of prompt engineering as a bonus
• DevOps experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD and source control
